Winner at the Montreal International Musical Competition, Canadian soprano Chantal Dionne also won a triple triumph in Italy at the 56th Gian Battista Viotti International Competition: 1st Prize, Audience Prize and Prize for the best foreign candidate. She holds a Doctorate from the Faculty of Music of the University of Montreal.
